The Dur 100s formulation series delivers exceptional physical properties - with no tradeoffs.
After being evaluated by leading aerospace and defense companies, as well as top-tier 3D printer manufacturers and service providers, our formulations are now commercially available.

Dur 100s products include:

  • Dur™ 101 : Core formulation with excellent mechanical and thermal properties.

  • Dur™ 108 FR : Halogen-free flame-retardant (UL 94 V0).

  • Dur™ 173S: Tested in space. The first DLP/SLA resin designed specifically for space, with unique space-grade properties.

CUTTING-EDGE POLYMER TECHNOLOGY FOR DEMANDING ENVIRONMENTS

We develop high performance polymer formulations engineered to perform in harsh environments. Our proprietary first-generation formulations for 3D printing, the Dur™ 100s family, are printer agnostic, compatible with any DLP/SLA system, and deliver:

  • Exceptional performance without tradeoffs – overcoming traditional tradeoffs, delivering both high heat resistance (HDT>300°C) and mechanical flexibility (elongation).

  • Dimensional accuracy – exceptionally low shrinkage and wrapping. High surface quality.

  • Ease of use – processable at room temperature.

 

Select formulations also offer:

  • UL94 V0 flame retardancy

  • Space-grade capabilities including outgassing, radiation resistance and atomic oxygen erosion resistance.

 

These capabilities enable high-demand applications across space, aviation, defense, automotive, and advanced manufacturing.

Validated through rigorous testing, including real-space exposure aboard the International Space Station (ISS), our high-performance polymers deliver space-ready durability. Our self-healing material, Dur 173S, eliminates the need for vulnerable protective coatings, ensuring the entire exposed component remains resistant to atomic oxygen erosion.

By combining the advantages of high-performance polymers with the design freedom of 3D printing, our solutions enable stronger, more resilient space components - without traditional tradeoffs.
